Consultation required

Every treatment offered by Welcuren requires an online consultation with a registered prescriber before it can be dispensed. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a treatment will be prescribed to you.

Prescribing at our clinician's discretion

Whether any treatment is suitable for you is decided solely at the discretion of the prescribing clinician, based on the information you provide and any further checks they request. Our clinicians may decline to prescribe, request additional information, or recommend a different course of action, including that you see your own GP.

Payment after approval

You are not charged when you submit a consultation or place an order. Payment is only taken once a prescriber has reviewed and approved your request. If your request is not approved, you will not be charged.

Pharmacy dispatch

Approved prescriptions are dispensed by our licensed pharmacy and dispatched by tracked delivery to the address you provide.

Eligibility

By using our service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide in your consultation is accurate and complete, and that you will follow the guidance given by your prescriber.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Submitting a consultation is a request for treatment, not an order; a contract forms only once a prescriber approves your treatment and payment is taken. We may decline or cancel any request, including where prescribing is not clinically appropriate.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welcuren is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of a treatment other than in accordance with your prescriber's guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
