Research use only

All products supplied by Pepmol are research chemicals intended exclusively for laboratory research conducted by, or under the supervision of, suitably qualified persons. They are not medicinal products, food, cosmetics or supplements, and are not licensed for human or veterinary administration, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any condition.

Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are ordering for lawful research purposes, and that you will handle, store and dispose of the material in accordance with applicable UK law and your own risk assessments.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order, including where the declared use is inconsistent with research use.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepmol is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of supplied material, including any use outside a controlled research setting. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
