Purity, storage, delivery and the limits of what we can advise on.
Are Pepmol products safe to take?
No Pepmol product is intended for consumption. Everything we supply is a research chemical for laboratory use only, and we cannot advise on human or veterinary administration.
What purity do you guarantee?
Our release threshold is 98% by HPLC, and most batches assay above 99%. The measured purity for the current batch is printed on each product page alongside its certificate of analysis.
How should material be stored?
Lyophilised peptides are stable at −20°C in the sealed vial, protected from light. Storage guidance for the specific presentation is included with every shipment.
Where do you ship, and how fast?
We dispatch from the UK on tracked next-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm on a working day. Delivery is free on orders over £150.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, though an account lets you track orders, revisit consultations and download certificates later.
How do I pay?
Orders are reviewed before payment. Once confirmed we email secure payment instructions; nothing is charged at the point of placing the order.
Can I return an order?
Unopened, undamaged vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted material.
Do you supply to individuals?
We supply to researchers and institutions in the UK who confirm at checkout that the material is for laboratory research only and that they are 18 or over.
