    You complete a short consultation covering your health history and goals, reviewed by our clinical team.

  2. Step 02

    Clinician review

    A registered prescriber reviews your consultation and decides, at their discretion, whether a treatment is suitable.

  3. Step 03

    Approval and payment

    You are only asked to pay once your treatment has been approved by a prescriber.

  4. Step 04

    Pharmacy dispensing

    Approved prescriptions are dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy.

  5. Step 05

    Tracked dispatch

    Your treatment is dispatched by tracked delivery direct to your door.
