Shipping & returns

Delivery

Orders confirmed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day on a tracked next-day service. Delivery is £4.95, or free on orders over £150. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Packing

Lyophilised vials travel in rigid, light-proof packaging. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with cold packs and insulation sized to the transit window. Every parcel includes the batch record and handling notes for the material inside.

Returns

Unopened, undamaged vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first so we can issue a return reference. For safety and integrity reasons we cannot accept opened, reconstituted or temperature-compromised material.

Damaged or missing items

Report damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents. We will replace or refund confirmed issues without requiring a return.
