What we collect

Account details (name, email), delivery details for orders, order history, and the answers you give in the guided consultation. Consultation answers submitted while signed out are stored without any identifier linking them to you.

Why we use it

To process and deliver orders, to provide account access and order history, to answer enquiries, and to improve which compounds the consultation recommends. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis

Contract performance for orders and accounts, and legitimate interests for service improvement and fraud prevention. Marketing email is sent only with consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

Retention

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements. Account and consultation data is deleted on request unless it forms part of an order record.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact privacy@pepmol.com to exercise any of these rights.
